The overall experience was as expected in a Car Dealership, the salesman was informative, straight to the point and courteous. But, the salesman who did my credit check, while he was professional, he must was trying to go home, because he gave me my credit report, but he quoted a $3,500 down payment that I need for a down payment on a vehicle without even getting on the computer and trying to see if any bank could work we me on a loan with just one negative mark on my credit. I think it was presumptuous of him and I was a little perturbed, I know it was close to closing time for him, but just an effort on his part to find a loan for me would've made my experience a lot more better, just saying! But I did find out that all I need to do is pay one bill and I could come back in a month and Auto Giant would work with me, so thanks.
I had an amazing experience when i went to Auto giants to purchase a new vehicle. My sales associate was Mr. Steve Collins. Mr collins was excellent and very helpful, I will be recommending this dealer to my family and friends.

Shawn is Awesome I came to Auto Giants after being disappointed at the Nissan dealership up the road. I drove pass and thought let me check out this place. Nissan refused to even show me a car due to how low my credit was. Feeling down and wondering what I would do to get a car because my car transmission went out and I didn't have any money for a down payment. I drove into Auto Giants on a prayer. As I drove in Shawn was right there ready to greet me with a smile and welcome me in. I explained my situation to him and he told me not to worry I will be putting u in a new car today and we will use your broken car as your down payment. I was very hesitant and couldn't believe it. Shawn took excellent care of me, he never made me feel bad do to my credit issues he was determined to get me the best deal possible no matter what. When it was time to sit down and hear my proposal for the car I wanted I almost cried because not only did he take my old broken car. He got me warranty, engine protection, roadside assistance, and free oil changes. I could not and still don't believe it. Now I'm the proud owner of a 2016 Chrysler 200!
