Got a car here. They are not organized. Did financing with them and their finance guy is on vacation. I had to drive an hour away for financing after waiting 3 hours. Car did not have charger that should be in it. Don't buy from them it's too many issues .
The worst service ever. I don't recommend any one to buy a car with them. They sell you car knowing the car has main mechanical issues. They show you a fake carfax report, and make you believe you a good deal. Don't fall for this Crap.
tell you "it's okay the car runs fine. Anything that's wrong with it just tell us and I'll get my mechanic to take care of it." Most of those cars shouldn't pass inspection, but somehow they do. Don't waste your time which they will take a lot of.
Horrible service. DO NOT GO HERE TO SHOP. They sold me a car they listed as "Great condition" on CarGurus. I went to look when it was getting dark so I couldn't see everything that was wrong with it cosmetically. The next day I saw a long crack in the passenger side of the dashboard console, almost like someone cut straight into it. There was cracks at the bottom of the windshield (admittedly not obstructing driving view) in which the manager insisted "that's not a crack" due to it not obstructing driving. Test driving it for 15 minutes was not enough. After driving the car for 30-40 minutes the transmission starts slipping. There is a smell of anti freeze. They tried to replace the transmission fluid and told me everything is okay after they test drove it. I then test drove it again and transmission was still slipping. BS service.
Joseph sold us a good used truck. He delivered the truck when his body shop was late. He lived up to his word.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They sold me a car and within 2 days of purchase it had many lights turned on the dashboard and later I also noticed water dripping from under the hood. I took it to their mechanic and he said the dripping was normal and was due to using the a/c. A MONTH later the car would go forward instead of reversing!! I had to pay a tow truck to take it to a mechanic. The stupid extended warranty the dealership gave us only covered $1000 and I had to approximately $4,500 out of my packet. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM
I was able to instead get an 06 Honda Pilot from them, which again drove fine when I test drove it. Took it home and a day later check engine light comes on. Catalytic converter is bad and need to be replaced. I did not even tell them due to wasting so much time at that dealership. All of their cars on that lot have issues and they will l
