Awful customer service 99% of the time. As such, I refuse to patronize this office. There is always a line. The last time I went, line was out to the personal mailboxes. There was only one person working behind counter. I asked manager why she couldn't help, she told me she was not trained to work behind the counter. Yet, she was "overseeing" what the other person was doing?! This office needs to be shuttered . . . post haste!

Liars, said that they attempted to deliver a package to me but the mail box was too full (bull). What I was having delivered is a big box that weighs approximately 35 lbs. that will definitely not fit in a mailbox. Besides I live in a house with a porch, that the package would have plenty of space to sit on
Came to get my package. They looked for it for 30 mins. Told me it was not there. Than I asked to speak to a manager b|c I had my tracking info right there for them in my phone saying that my package was at THIS post office, and they kept telling me they don't know why it saids what it said b|c my package isn't there. The manager suggested that I give him my phone number in case something comes up with the package cause it may be late. So I give it to him & I leave. Than 1hr later The manager calls me and saids "We've found your package, but the post office about to close ma'am" I was so disappointed never again.
There was a decently long line when I arrived, but the staff very effectively moved through it and it didn't take that long. The person who served me was polite and professional, and made it quickly through the transaction while also asking me if I needed stamps or any other services.
