After researching public storage facilities for over a month, I initially decided on ez storage on Richie Road in Capital Heights, MD. What a mistake. The two managers were simply awful and showed no interest in trying to work with me in obtaining a storage unit with their facility. So I started researching again and decided to try CubeSmart on Beech Road in Temple Hills, MD. What a different experience. When I walked through the door I was greeted with big smiles and a genuine interest to help me. They were so, so nice to me. Before I actually visited the facility I had been in conversations with Tori who handled my paperwork. She was so helpful and pleasant.

Kia Winchester Manager Beautiful individual always helpful and patient with customers. Willing to help and assist with need when renting and anything that I have needed since I have had a storage unit there. She deserves a bonus for all the hard work that she does. The rest of the team there as well does also. They are a great staff and should be commended for their dedicated work.
The entire process was smooth and easy! We called made a reservation for the unit size we wanted. Showed up was given a tour of the facility and showing of the unit and checked out. The two young ladies were awesome! You don't find great customer service like this often.
