My experience has been the worst since day 1! I agreed for my payments to be taken out automatically every month and my payments have yet to be taken out i've had to pay double because of this and a cancellation fee at the DMV because they cancelled my insurance without me knowing. They are unprofessional and absolutely no help at all. They took the wrong card number when i called to make a payment and never returned my call to let me know so i had to end up paying double AGAIN! They just are a big inconvenience!!!!
