My salesperson, Ms. Moky, sold me the worse carpet ever. The carpet did not live up to its 5 year warranty of wear and stain resistance after 10 months. The dye in the brand name "Rock Steady" easily fades and looks horrible. Ms. Moky refuses to honor the warranty; therefore, I plan to pursue this in a legal action. Ms. Moky offered only $250 off another brand of carpet. My response: "Burn me once shame on you, but you won't get another chance to burn me twice." Modern CarpetOne will not get a chance to burn me a third time or any other customer as I have posted this on Facebook and plan to post my review on every website I can find in order to alert other customer to their unprofessionalism and the run around they gave me.
Update: I have filed a lawsuit against Modern CarpetOne in Prince Georges Court on 10/23/17.
