They do a good job but they do miss some spots.. I want every thing clean without me poitning out a little spot fot the price that I pay shoot....
This has been around for a long time..this community to include myself have given this place alit of business... BUT it's the quality of personnel they employ...no not everyone, but it's always one out of the bunch... Waiting for my car I witnessed one of these employees just disrespect this woman walking with her child..I don't care about tenure, don't care how much money is being pulled in, that type of behavior is never to be tolerated!! So yes I calmly pulled him on it because I needed to know why...I will call and speak with the managers about this unexceptable conduct. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone..
The car wash is just ok. It's over priced and you have to get the most expensive package to get tire shine. ($30) The interior vacuum job was just a quick once over. Not thorough at all. They didn't even place my mats back in the floor correctly. And once you pay and wait for your car, you have to drive to another part of the parking lot to get the tire shine added which was another line because only one person is doing it. I won't be back.
I have been going here since 1986 and the wash quality and customer service has always been consistently excellent.
25+ year patron of Sam's. Excellent service. Highly recommend the Express Wax Service. I live in northern va but it is well worth the drive!
