Went to a Ford dealership because the wipers on my Town Car weren't working. I felt the dealer would be able to help fix it. I tell them I've replaced the motor but there is no power going to it so there must be a wiring issue, this after I've had it checked after getting an oil change from another place. After their "diagnostic" ($125) they tell me I need a new motor ($600) and to check the wire it will cost an additional $400. After some back and forth, I get my car and look up this place. I leave my car with them Thursday, they tell me they need to check under the dash (No problem), they find out a circuit has fried, they want to order the part and they'll install it Friday, they call me Friday and explain that they had trouble with Ford shipping and they'll have it Saturday (No problem), they call me Saturday afternoon tell me my car is ready, I go there and they were kind enough to actually wait until I got there to show me the piece that fried (I appreciate that) and show me how messed up it was. They actually knew what they were doing, listened to what I said when I brought it in, and saved me over $700. I highly recommend them and they were really nice from start to finish.
Bob, Kevin, and their crew are absolutely fantastic. They take the time to fully explain each repair and won't break what's not broken so they can charge you to fix it. I've referred friends to the shop and they've received exemplary service.
These are the best service people in the world. They will never overcharge you and most importantly they will always try to determine the cause of a problem you are having with your car by starting with the least expensive possibility going up the ladder to the most expensive. I cannot tell you how much money they have saved me over the years and continue to do so. You will not go wrong with this group even as an uninformed woman.
